Upon commissioning, please provide the following information:- Commission type (icon, sketch, painting, etc.)
- Overall idea / pose / concept
- E-mail address for a Paypal invoice
- Character reference sheet or a clear character photo
- Deadline (if required)
Above information will make it much easier for me to keep track of your commission request. Keep in mind that your request does not need to be structured that way!Payments are made via Paypal or VGen only.

Painted Illustrations

Painted digital illustrations featuring one or more characters.

Icons are made on a 600x600px sized canvas and come with a background of your choice. Can be symmetrical or asymmetrical!

Reference Sheets
Status: CLOSED
Character reference sheet of an anthropomorphic, feral or humanoid character.
Standard reference sheet: two full-body views (front and back), clothed or nude. Including both the clothed and the nude version is +50€.Includes: character name, information and body / item description, color palette and character credits. Textured background with a dark to light colored gradient.The color palette is usually shaped as a rectangle, but can be adjusted to any shape and size.Feral characters can be drawn asymmetrically on the reference sheet.The nude option for the reference sheet includes tasteful nudity and (if requested) can also include erect genitalia. These will be displayed as a detached "item".Nudity is available for anthropomorphic and humanoid characters only. Please refer to the page "Will / won't draw" for more information.

Tasteful nudity / suggestive (21+, fictional characters only, humanoid / anthropomorphic characters only, human genitalia only. If two characters are interacting in a suggestive way nothing will be shown, only implied. This is limited to humanoid characters only for now)
Gore & scar tissue (any amount of blood is ok, bones, bruising, cuts, surgery scars, death, etc.)

Terms of Service
GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms of Service are relevant to NON-COMMERCIAL projects only.
I can decline a commission request.
I can adjust any commission information, as well as the price of any commission. I will never change the price of a commission that has already been agreed upon.
Image rights and usage
I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, the right to display any commissioned image on any of my websites or portfolios unless otherwise specified. I do not claim ownership of the commissioned character that is featured on the image.
Commissioner must not claim my work as theirs and cannot use commissioned images for commercial or profit purposes.
Commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them and is for the commissioner's personal use only. This includes wallpapers, avatars / icons, banners, personal display, etc.
Commissioner is allowed to upload commissions I have created for them to an online gallery, site or social media, if the credit to my social media account is provided.
Commissioner is not allowed to upload an un-watermarked and un-glazed image to their online gallery, site or social media.
Commissioner is not allowed to make modifications of the commissioned image unless permission has been given, or the artwork rights have been waived.
Images are not allowed to be used as generative AI training data or used for NFT projects.
Images commissioned for commercial purposes (such as merchandise or prints) will have a commercial fee of 100% the original commission value (ORIGINAL PRICE + ORIGINAL PRICE). The fee may increase depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece and the amount of products intended for production.
Payment
All commissions are PayPal only in EUR. Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which will be send to the commissioner after the price and details of the commission have been determined.
Payment plans can be discussed; however, the commission must be paid in half before work (after the sketch) is started.
The commissioner has two days to make their payment in full, unless a payment plan has been previously discussed.
Commissioner will be provided with a sketch before an invoice for a full payment will be sent, unless a payment plan has been previously discussed.
Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude / inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.
Refunds may be requested at any time; if the commissioner wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed.
The commissioner will receive a high-quality PNG file of what has been completed up until the point of a refund.
Commission Procedures
Commissioner is allowed to request process images at any stage of the commission.
Commissioner will receive a completed sketch for approval before continuing. Each commission stage will be sent to the client for approval.
A complete redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission and will be charged as such.
Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via their preferred method of communication and WeTransfer at its original resolution. The client will receive a watermarked, un-watermarked and a glazed watermarked version of their commission. No physical product will be delivered.
Turnaround
Commission turnaround is generally 1 week to 6 months (workdays / weeks) per commission depending on the queue and the commission type. This also depends on the commissioner's response time and order amount. Fully detailed illustrations usually take the longest.
The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into a commission agreement. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

Background
If a background is not included in the illustration, the background will remain white or transparent. Small background elements can be included (Ex.: magic cloud, sparkles, shadow under the character, etc.)

Hey there! My name is Tjaša (Tya-sha) and I’m an artist from Slovenia! I draw a variety of different characters; from monsters and dinosaurs to anthropomorphic and humanoid characters.My art journey began at a very young age with a lot of animal, monster and dinosaur art, which were inspired through an abundance of animated media such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon and One Piece. While these shows don't necessarily reflect in my art style, they continue to inspire me through character design and world building.My mascot Dino is a wind attribute cryolophosaurus inspired by the show Dinosaur King. The pharaoh hat is just for show and doesn't serve any purpose, other than being a reference to my username, which was inspired by my love for dinosaurs and Yu-Gi-Oh!.
